The world of education is in turmoil, costs are escalating, children are being shortchanged, schools as we know them are in financial crises and most of us are caught in the middle. We need not discuss the academic crises and dropout rates in this country since these things are well known.

ICERB has recognized the growing impact of cyber-education on our culture and has established a worldwide Review council to assist in the evaluation of online programs. We are seeking to establish a review council made up of Educators, Parents, Home Schooling Families, Students, Computer and Internet savvy technicians and Administrators to assist in this project.
