Below is brief summary of the homeschooling law in New Mexico.

Compulsory School Age
"at least five years of age prior to 12:01am on September 1 of the school year" to the age 18.

High school diploma or equivalent
 
Notice:
 
File notice of intent with the state superintendent within 30 days of establishing the home school and by April 1 of each subsequent year
 
Recordkeeping:
 
Maintain immunization records
